Telemedicine monitoring by risk pregnant women with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy (HES)
7-10% of pregnancies are complicated by hypertensive disease (HES). HES is the leading cause of mortality / morbidity in the pregancy. For unexplained etiology, there are no predictors of life-threatening HES courses. The prognosis of the mother and the child depends on the timely care in specialized centers, because the causal therapy is the termination of the pregnancy, but before the 30th SSW is critical to the fetus. HES-core ambulatory care is the recognition of the right time for an inpatient admission. In a randomized controlled trial of 100 patients the advantage of a telemedical co-supervision with daily monitoring of all HES relevant vital parameters will be investigated.
